Returns
You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.
Start a return
Email hello@tropezatelier.com with:
- Your order number
- The item you wish to return
- Your preferred option: store credit or size exchange
We will email you the return address and instructions.
Please contact us before sending anything.
Return shipping
For fit or change-of-mind returns, customers arrange and pay for tracked return shipping.
Please keep your postage receipt and tracking number.
Store credit and exchanges
After receiving and inspecting your return, we offer:
- 100% TROPÉZ store credit
- A size exchange, where available
Store credit is based on the amount paid for the returned item after discounts.
Return condition
Returned items should be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags and accessories where possible.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, stains, damage, perfume or makeup may be subject to a reduction reflecting their actual loss in value.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, email hello@tropezatelier.com before returning it.
We will provide the appropriate instructions.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal and refund rights.
