Returns

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags and accessories. Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, stains, damage, perfume or makeup may be refused or have the refund reduced to reflect any loss in value.

How to start a return

Email hello@tropezatelier.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide the return address and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping

For fit or change-of-mind returns, customers arrange and pay for tracked return shipping. Please keep your postage receipt and tracking number.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time. Original shipping charges and any customs duties or import taxes are non-refundable, unless required by law.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact hello@tropezatelier.com before returning the item. TROPÉZ will provide appropriate instructions and cover reasonable return costs where required.

Exceptions

Gift cards and items clearly marked as final sale cannot be returned, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

Exchanges

For a different size, contact us within the return window. Exchanges are subject to availability.

European Union right of withdrawal

For orders shipped into the European Union, customers retain all mandatory rights, including the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
