Returns

Return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

How to start

Email hello@tropezatelier.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll refund your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear.

Exchanges

Would you prefer a different size? Write to us and we'll arrange an exchange wherever possible.
