Welcome to TROPÉZ. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TROPÉZ. We operate this online store and website to provide customers with access to our products, content and related services.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these services.

By visiting our website, creating an account or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

We make reasonable efforts to present our products accurately, including their colours, materials, measurements and appearance.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and the settings of your device.

Product availability may change without notice. We may discontinue products or limit available quantities.

A difference caused solely by screen display or lighting does not automatically mean that a product is defective. This does not affect your legal rights when a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or different from the product ordered.

Customers should review the product description, measurements and available size information before ordering.

Sizing information is intended to help you select a size but does not remove your applicable return or consumer rights.

SECTION 4 – ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your cart.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailable products or an inability to deliver to the selected destination.

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount through the original payment method.

Please check your order information carefully before completing checkout.

SECTION 5 – PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

Applicable taxes will be included or clearly disclosed where required by law. Shipping charges and any other applicable costs will be shown before you complete your purchase.

You agree to provide valid and accurate payment information and confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and shipping charges are described in our Shipping Policy and displayed during checkout where applicable.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occasionally occur because of carriers, customs, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to a person you have nominated to receive them, except where you independently arrange a carrier that was not offered by us.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

SECTION 7 – CANCELLATIONS

You may request cancellation before an order is fulfilled by contacting hello@tropezatelier.com as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be stopped once processing or fulfilment has begun.

An inability to cancel an order before dispatch does not remove any statutory withdrawal or return rights that apply after delivery.

SECTION 8 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Where the statutory EU right of withdrawal applies, eligible consumers generally have 14 days from delivery to notify us that they wish to withdraw from their purchase.

Returned products must normally be handled only as necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics and fit. Customers may be responsible for reduced product value caused by handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted in a physical shop.

Any lawful exceptions to the right of withdrawal will be clearly identified. A discounted price alone does not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping where this is clearly disclosed before purchase, except where the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or applicable law requires otherwise.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

SECTION 9 – FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please contact hello@tropezatelier.com promptly if you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, incorrect or materially different from its description.

Include your order number and clear photographs where reasonably possible so that we can investigate.

Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory legal guarantee or other statutory remedies. Consumers in the European Union may have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or do not conform to the contract.

SECTION 10 – PROMOTIONS

Promotions may be available for a limited time and may apply only to selected products or collections.

Promotion conditions, including eligible products, minimum order values, expiry dates and exclusions, will be displayed with the relevant offer.

For a second-item promotion, the discount applies to the eligible lower-priced item unless the offer expressly states otherwise.

Promotional discounts have no cash value and cannot be applied retrospectively unless required by law.

SECTION 11 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content created for this website, including its original text, graphics, photographs, videos, visual design and TROPÉZ branding, may be protected by copyright, trade-name, design and other applicable intellectual-property laws.

References to TROPÉZ in these Terms do not represent that the name is a registered trademark.

If you submit a review, photograph, video or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.

We will not use identifiable customer photographs or videos in advertising without the appropriate permission.
