Shipping and delivery

TROPÉZ offers tracked delivery to supported destinations. Available rates and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout before payment.

Processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

United States

Standard tracked shipping is $18 USD. Delivery is estimated at 6–10 business days after dispatch.

Europe

Standard shipping is €4.90. Delivery is estimated at 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, peak periods, customs processing or circumstances outside our control.

Customs duties and import taxes

For destinations outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees may be charged by local authorities or the carrier. These charges are not collected by TROPÉZ at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking local import rules before ordering.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact hello@tropezatelier.com as soon as possible if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
